I would like to return my order because it's damaged upon arrival or incompleteUpdated 10 months ago

If your order is damaged upon arrival or incomplete, please contact our Customer Care team here within 24 hours after receiving the parcel, providing the following information:
  • Order number
  • A clear photo of the package (the box and the shipping label) 
  • A clear photo of the contents (products received with the packing list) 
  • For mechanical-related concerns, a clear video  of the watch that shows the defect in mp4 or mov format
