For US & International Shipments

We use FEDEX Express shipping which takes 2-5 Business days and is completely trackable. You'll get an email with complete tracking information once your order has been shipped.


For PH Domestic Shipments

We use local carriers - Ninjavan, J&T, SF Express or Flash, depending on your location. Their shipping times are as follows:

STANDARD SHIPPING
3-6 days within Greater Metro Manila
5-8 days for Luzon
7-9 days for Visayas and Mindanao
*All in business days

EXPRESS SHIPPING 
1 business day
*Available for Metro Manila, Antipolo, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal only.

How many days is shipping? 

For US & International Orders 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more. We do not store any of your payment information. All payments are safely secured by Shopify Payments.

For PH Local Orders 
Pretty much everything! We accept GCash, Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, Installments and more. See the complete list HERE.

What Methods of Payment do you accept?

There's an additional ₱200 ($4) fee for engraving. Engraving is done within the 24-hour processing time and is shipped out with the same timeframe as regular orders.

How much is engraving? How long does it take?

Our watches are suitable for anyone with a wrist circumference of 14 – 21 cm. For wrists over 21cm, we recommend our nato series, which are fitted with a 1-piece expandable band, designed to fit every wrist.

Should you need an additional hole added to the band (if you have very small wrists), we recommend going to a local jeweller who will be able to add one very quickly and easily, ensuring your LEUPP fits you perfectly.

How do I pick the right size?

Your order has been received. Our processing time is within 24 hours. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.
